Required skills and pre- qualifications for the jobs are as follows: 

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a bonus.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the Tourism Industry.
• Familiarity with OTA platforms (Online Travel Agencies) and Wholesalers.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of reservation systems/software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• MYOB knowledge is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the Reservation Sales Officer in managing inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable options based on their needs.
• Process reservations, bookings, and cancellations with precision.
• Upsell additional services to optimize revenue opportunities.
• Help maintain updated reservation records and generate reports.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
