- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth targets and maximize revenue.
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and partnerships while staying ahead of competitors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and present reports to senior management.
- Conduct market research to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and ensure smooth strategy execution.
- Monitor KPIs, track progress, and implement improvements for business success.
- Support sales team development and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree in business administration (MBA) is an advantage.
- Over 5 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in the retail industry.
- In-depth understanding of retail market trends and strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret data and drive results.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving under pressure.
