Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recipe & Menu Development:

    • Create efficient and innovative recipes.
    • Prepare deli items (rotisserie chicken, sushi, sandwiches).
    • Introduce new dishes while maintaining classic favorites.
    • Ability to cook a wide range of global cuisines.
  2. Maintain Kitchen Hygiene:

    • Ensure cleanliness of workspace, tools, and equipment.
  3. Cost & Inventory Management:

    • Manage product costings and supplier orders.
    • Reduce waste through efficient planning and inventory control.
  4. Lead Kitchen Staff & Daily Operations:

    • Oversee smooth kitchen workflow and team efficiency.
