As our new Food & Beverage Outlet Manager, you could be leading the charge to ensure our guests enjoy a truly memorable experience – whether they’ve worked up an appetite for a full conference banquet or are just joining us for their favourite hot beverage.
Your day to day
- Oversee restaurants’ daily preparations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals.
- Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed the
- Effectively coordinate daily restaurant management operations for greater productivity and higher levels of guest satisfaction.
- Monitor dining/restaurant seating changes as necessary and address any guest concerns accordingly.
- Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices.
- Ensures guest satisfaction with all aspects of the various restaurant outlets and dining experience.
- Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
- Handles guests’ complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field, preferred.
- 4+ years’ related experience, including management/supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple restaurant & bar outlets.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests & colleagues.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and generate revenue for the hotel.
- Knowledge of health & safety standards and regulations and familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
