ROLE OVERVIEW

In this position, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of event materials, equipment, and staff to and from event locations. This role plays a key part in ensuring events run smoothly by supporting logistics, loading and unloading materials, and adhering to tight schedules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transport event equipment, supplies, and staff to various locations as required.
• Assist team members with setup and breakdown at event sites.

Load and unload event materials, ensuring everything is secured and handled with care.

Ensure timely delivery and pickup of all event-related items.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Reached Form 7 or equivalent and possess a clean Group 6 driving license.

Minimum of 2 years driving experience (preferably in a similar role).

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.

Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
