Your day to day

• Assist in managing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals.
• Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them.
• Assist in managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices.
• Multitasking to assist in overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets, as well as a number of managers and supervisors.
• Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations

What we need from you

• Higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field, preferred.
• 3+ years’ related experience, including management/supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple restaurant & bar outlets.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers & colleagues.
• Knowledge of health & safety standards and regulations and familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
