Your day to day
- Assist in managing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals.
- Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them.
- Assist in managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices.
- Multitasking to assist in overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets, as well as a number of managers and supervisors.
- Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
What we need from you
- Higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field, preferred.
- 3+ years’ related experience, including management/supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple restaurant & bar outlets.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers & colleagues.
- Knowledge of health & safety standards and regulations and familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
