MARKETING EXECUTIVE – Damodar Cinemas

Damodar Cinemas is a leading movie theater chain dedicated to providing an exceptional cinema experience to its audience. We are now looking to expand our team by hiring a dynamic and enthusiastic marketing professional to help elevate our brand and bring fresh, innovative marketing strategies to life.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for movie releases, special events, and promotions.
• Work closely with the team to create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and print materials.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and media outlets.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Organize and manage events such as movie premieres and customer engagement activities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or retail industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with a passion for cinema and entertainment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) is a plus.
