As we continue to expand, we are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Multilingual Tour Driver & Social Media Marketing Specialist.

This unique role combines the ability to offer engaging, culturally immersive tours with the power of digital storytelling, ensuring that our clients receive both an unforgettable in-person experience and an engaging online connection with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and personalised tours for clients and must have conversational levels of communication in French, Hindi, Punjabi, and English while providing insightful knowledge about Fiji’s cultural heritage and key attractions.
• Drive and transport tourists safely and comfortably to various destinations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Support the development of customised tourism packages that cater to diverse international travellers, particularly Indian nationals, who represent a significant portion of Fiji’s tourism market.
• Offer an enriched cultural perspective by incorporating both Fijian traditions and influences from Indian tourism demands, creating diverse and inclusive tour options.
• Manage and create engaging content for our social media platforms and website, showcasing our services, local attractions, and client experiences to a global audience.
• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering long-term relationships with international visitors and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Train and mentor local staff on social media marketing strategies, helping to boost our brand visibility and engagement.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in French, Hindi, Punjabi, and English (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation, with an understanding of tourism-based online engagement.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, as this role requires transporting guests safely across various locations.
• Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create meaningful connections with clients and enhance their travel experiences.
• Passion for Fijian culture and tourism development, with the ability to seamlessly integrate it with international influences.
• Ability to cross-promote and market specialized packages for Indian tourists, understanding their cultural preferences and travel expectations.
