- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel/resort/restaurant.
- Formal training & certification from a recognized institute.
- Strong focus on hygiene, cleanliness, and creativity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Food Handlers Certificate required.
