Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Engineer to join our team at Frezco Beverages in Nadi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of our beverage production facilities, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimise

downtime.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to plant machinery and processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead and train the maintenance team while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 5+ years experience in the beverage or food industry.
