Pepper Advantage Hub (Fiji) is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with the senior management team and various stakeholders to ensure administrative tasks are handled efficiently, data is accurately managed, and lead generation activities are executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks related to mortgage loan processing, including document management, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with internal teams (underwriters, loan officers, processors) to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards
- Maintain accurate client records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute lead generation campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and generate relevant reports.
- Assist with lead tracking, qualification, and distribution to the appropriate teams.
- Utilize CRM software and lead management tools to track and manage lead data effectively.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring smooth communication.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and related documents.
- Assist in drafting and proofreading emails, reports, and correspondence.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on analysis and observations.
Skills and experience required:
- Candidate needs to be flexible in terms of working hours
- Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM software, lead management tools, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with mortgage loan processing and back-office operations is an advantage.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
