SOUS CHEF (2ND IN-CHARGE)

  • Must have proven Resort/Hotel experience within a similar leading role, in a luxury hotel/resort kitchen (minimum 3 years)

Experience & ability to take charge and lead the kitchen, taking full responsibility & accountability in absence of the Executive Chef

  • Extensive experience, flare & creativity in cooking with a focus on Hygiene & Cleanliness

Ability to lead, train, inspire & create a professional kitchen team

  • Fully capable of menu planning, cost control & computer literate (MS Office)
  • High degree of hygiene and personal grooming, exposure to OHS
