SOUS CHEF (2ND IN-CHARGE)
- Must have proven Resort/Hotel experience within a similar leading role, in a luxury hotel/resort kitchen (minimum 3 years)
Experience & ability to take charge and lead the kitchen, taking full responsibility & accountability in absence of the Executive Chef
- Extensive experience, flare & creativity in cooking with a focus on Hygiene & Cleanliness
Ability to lead, train, inspire & create a professional kitchen team
- Fully capable of menu planning, cost control & computer literate (MS Office)
- High degree of hygiene and personal grooming, exposure to OHS
