Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager with a proven track record in remote island operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive leadership skills, a passion for culinary excellence, and a dedication to providing outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and in-room dining services.
•    Assist in developing and implementing innovative menus that showcase local ingredients, catering to diverse guest preferences.
•    Manage and train a local team of F&B staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and professionalism.
•    Ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction at all dining areas.
•    Monitor inventory levels, manage purchasing, and control food and beverage costs efficiently.
•    Implement health and safety standards, maintaining compliance with regulations in a remote island environment.
•    Collaborate with the management team to strategize promotions, special events, and unique dining experiences.
•    Act as a liaison with guests to gather feedback and continuously improve offerings.
•    Rostering and scheduling of staff.

Qualifications:
•    Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role, preferably in a remote island resort or boutique resort.
•    Proven knowledge of all aspects of food and beverage operations, including fine dining and casual service styles.
•    Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
•    Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
•    Familiarity with sustainable practices and sourcing local ingredients is a plus.
•    A degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is preferred.
•    Coordinate local entertainment nightly
•    Previous experience living and working in a remote location is highly desirable.
