ADMINISTRATIVE DEBT COLLECTION OFFICER – Vuvale Outsourcing, a BDE Group company

Vuvale Outsourcing Pte LTD in Suva City is looking for an Administrative Debt Collection Officer to join our 50-person team.

In Fiji, we operate a professional purpose-fitted work environment in Nabua Suva, with local Human Resources management and transport home for evening shifts. You will be a part of the 50+ strong Vuvale Outsourcing Fiji team, but also part of an overall international team.

Our Australian clients specialize in the recovery of aged debts. Our team members in Fiji work alongside our clients’ internal teams based in Australia to assist customers pay off their debts.

DETAILS:
Location: Nabua, Suva City, Fiji
Basis: Permanent Full-time
Roster: Monday – Friday: 9.30am – 6.30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managed broken customer arrangements.
• Manage and respond to administrative emails.
• Correspond to clients and customers requesting documents.
• Conducting outbound collection calls when required.
• Always maintain confidentiality and adhere to Australian policies and regulations.

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

• Minimum 12 months in a call centre serving Australian customers A MUST
• Experience in debt collection mainly handling debts for Australian clients and customers  A MUST
• Proficient knowledge of Australian Debt Collection guidelines and procedures A MUST
• Great telephone manner A MUST
• Great written English for emails A MUST
• Ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Dialer software would be an advantage.
