Technical Troubleshooting Experience

  • Monitoring application traffic and server loads
  • Debugging front-end and back-end code
  • Understanding of Single Sign-On and Active Directory Integration
  • AWS experience and knowledge of Windows Server/ IIS

 

Programming Skills

  • Ability to code native JavaScript to build reports and rules using JavaScript and Rest API
  • C# and Python coding knowledge
  • Microsoft SQL Knowledge

 

Qualifications/Experience

  • A Degree in IT
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in programming and technical support
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence to deal professionally with customers on the phone
  • Problem solver and critical thinker
  • An excellent team player
  • Must be flexible to work International time zones as required
