DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A BAKERY CONSULTANT

YOU WILL :

  • Conduct research to develop original recipes.
  • Coordinate baking schedules.
  • Ensure products are up to standard.
  • Formulate and conduct short course training programmes.
  • Recommend suitable machinery and equipment.
  • Formulate new products.

 

MUST HAVE:

  • Qualification in Professional Bakery and Food Science. Masters level would be desirable.
  • Have basic math, food technology and practical skills.
  • At least 15 years’ experience in baking field.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of work processes in I an FMCG environment, would be an added advantage.
  • Assertive and effective communication skill – in writing and speaking, interpersonal skill, result oriented.
