The above position will be based in our properties department located at Makoi, Nasinu and directly reports to our Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Manage and supervise all repair and maintenance, renovation, extension & project works on all properties
• Design preventive maintenance program for all properties
• Prepare costing of all repair and maintenance, renovation, extension and project works
• Maintain ongoing discussion with architects, engineers, contractors and consultants
• Use appropriate techniques to manage changes in Scope of works, timeframe and costs
• Plan and workout materials of all jobs
• Prepare progressive report and submit same to management
• General supervision of departmental employees

Key Competency Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in carpentry/properties
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Matured and self-driven
• Project management knowledge will be an added advantage
• Willing’s to travel when necessity arises and ability to work odd hours if required
• Expected to work under minimum supervision
• Valid group 2 driver’s license
