Vacancy – Senior Business Development Manager/Sales Manager

Candidate must;

  • Have a proven history of elite sales performance, ideally in the mechanical, technical, electrical and/or industrial sectors, or similar.
  • Have a long-term vision in regard to the company and its development and growth. Shareholding within the company will be offered to the right candidate after a minimum of 5 years of good service.
  • Have detailed knowledge of marketing, sales, business operations and HR.
  • Have the dedication to their profession, care for the company and be driven for excellence and success.
  • Be honest, have integrity and a good reputation, both professionally and within their community.
  • Tertiary Qualifications are not critical, however, only if the candidate can demonstrate the above requirements.
  • Have their own performance laptop, mobile phone and automobile, which will be compensated with company allowances for company use.
  • Be well-spoken, sharp, confident and well-groomed. Ideally be able to speak Hindi, Fijian and English.

Professional Duties;

  • Prepare a monthly report for the Company Directors and Senior Management, to be delivered at the monthly meeting.
  • Achieve and exceed the minimum monthly KPI to maintain their pasition and activate commission incentives.
  • Generate their own executive leads, and make a significant contribution to sales turnover for the company.
  • Manage fellow salespeople, including monitoring of leads to sales conversion rates of the team.
  • Establish Dealership partners, both for retail and contractors
  • Participate, manage and drive retail sales, and expand the business into new markets and within the Government Sector.
  • Work closely with the Directors, Engineering and technical team, and the Business Manager to further grow the business.
  • Develop marketing plans and sales offerings.
