Responsibilities.

• Providing an exceptional level of customer service to internal and external customers via calls, emails and live chat;
• High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills;
• Provide excellent written and verbal communication to customers;
• Listening to customer concerns and providing information, answers, or responses in line with the policies and processes;
• Ensuring customer satisfaction or referring customers to supervisors as required; and
• Any other duties assigned in addition to this position description, and meeting the respective targets.

Requirements.

• Native or fluent in (both written and spoken) Chinese, Japanese or Korean language;
• Previous experience providing an exceptional level of customer service to internal and external customers via calls, chats and emails;
• High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving skills;
• Clear communication skills in English is essential;
• Basic MS Office skills are essential; and
• Exposure or experience in airline industry will be highly regarded.
