JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience with consistently meeting targets / KPIs.
  • Ability to effectively get past the gatekeeper and qualify the decision-maker.
  • Build immediate rapport with prospects and convert them to assist in data collection.
  • Must be able to conduct interviews and surveys on a range of topics and record responses.
  • Must be able to overcome objections, qualify opportunities and conduct surveys.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word & Excel skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Some previous cold calling experience will be advantageous.
