INVENTORY CLERK – Wallsons

JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
One of Fiji’s, leading Manufacturer and Distributor of Sausages and Tomato sauce located at Lot 1, Service Center Complex, Kalabo Tax Free Zone, Valelevu.

Inventory Clerk

The above position will be based in our Factory located at Valelevu and directly reports to the Factory Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

· Stock take and Inventory reconciliation

· Inventory report generation

· Update inventory system on all inventory transactions/movements e.g. receiving, production and dispatch

· Perform receiving and dispatch of goods on as & when required basis

· Variance report generation

· Ensure Inventory controls are in place and ratify all potential weak areas

Key Competency Requirements:

· Relevant qualification in accounting

· At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

· Ability to work under minimum supervision
