Accounts
● Accounts payable, managing weekly cashflow report
● Accounts receivable, building external relationships with clients, and managing debt collection to the
third party when necessary
● Resolving invoice issues from clients and building external relationships with clients
● Prepare and analyse monthly budget/ forecast for actual variance per project/ departments
● Recording and reconciling intercompany transactions

Distribution
● Invoicing and credit claims (overseas and local) and statement request
● Distribution matrix to distributor
Reconciliation
● Daily and monthly Bank reconciliation
● Monthly Credit Card reconciliation and allocation
● Online payment platform reconciliation

Admin
● Manage travel bookings and staff expenses
● Maintain required registrations and insurances
● Other Ad-hoc requests
Month End
● Manual adjustment of revenue recognition and bulk upload to Xero
● Reconcile Accounts

Skills/ Experience
● A degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
● 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role
● Sound knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Office
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Excellent written, analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret key issue areas
● Prepared to work hours to match international client requirements – generally Australian timezone
