JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
RESERVATIONS CONSULTANT
Work with the Sales and Reservations team to assist with general bookings and enquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
Certificate/ Diploma in Business/ Hotel & Tourism OR
Min 2 years of Front Office/ Reservation/ or Sales experience in the hospitality industry
Knowledge of Reservation/ Front office tasks and cashiering
Experience in Property Management software and especially Room Master an advantage
Experience managing OTAs/ Channel Managers and Extranets
Understands the sales process.
