JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Previous sales experience in the tourism industry is essential.
Have an understanding of tour desk operations.
Meet and greet guests
Able to build rapport with clients.
Have a “keen to learn” and “can do” attitude.
Able to work shift work and work weekends.
Build and maintain relationships with tour operators.
Basic clerical understanding.
