RETAIL ASSISTANT (NADI)

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Retail Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the love for wine and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and supporting the overall operations of the store.

Retail Assistant Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Provide product information and wine recommendations to customers.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

• Support promotional activities and visual merchandising efforts.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of wines and a passion for the industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

• Attention to detail and proactive attitude.

• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
