Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with outstanding organizational and communication skills to provide operational support to the team. The successful candidate will adhere to the core Food Pacific Pte Ltd. values of resourcefulness, entrepreneurialism, flexibility, humility, and work ethic. The Administrative Assistant will report to senior management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist with team calls, including preparing an agenda, taking notes, and tracking follow-up action items
- Support the planning and execution of meetings
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as word processing, presentations, filing, and archiving of
documents - Coordinate communications initiatives, including formatting of reports, mail-outs, and email distributions
- Serve as point of contact for administrative and operational questions
- Any additional tasks identified
Qualifications:
- Have a clean and valid license
- Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, ensuring the completion of all tasks with minimal supervision
- Adheres to timelines and deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team
- High computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite (including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) with ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong commitment to excellent customer service
