We are looking for exceptional talent to join our growing organization and contribute to the venture’s success as Administrative Assistant. This role involves as follows managing records and data.

Key Responsibilities:

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of various administrative matters, including employee information, attendance, leave, and contact details.
Roster Management: Manage and update rosters and schedules for staff members, ensuring smooth operations.
Transportation Coordination: Arrange and coordinate transport logistics for employees, visitors, or clients when needed, including drop-off and pick-up schedules.
Data Entry: Accurately enter and organize data into appropriate databases or systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Filing and Documentation: Manage physical and electronic filing systems, organize documents, and ensure easy retrieval and compliance with data retention policies.
HR Support: Assist with HR-related tasks such as employee on boarding, maintaining employee records, preparing employment contracts, tracking performance evaluations, conducting reference checks, and coordinating training programs.
Office Supplies and Inventory: Monitor and manage office supplies, restocking as needed, and conduct periodic inventory checks.
Correspondence and Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, phone calls, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses or redirection to appropriate personnel.
General Administration: Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, booking travel arrangements, processing expense reports, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and handling general office inquiries.


Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in office software and equipment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
