We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures.A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
Main duties include
1.Managing office stock and placing orders
2 Preparing regular reports e.g. client handling
3. organizing company records
4. Filing of documents
5. Job booking on daily basis
6. Report entry in excel
7. Phone answering / Responding emails on timely manner
8. Any other duties assigned by management
