Background:
The purpose of this position is to provide professional and efficient administration support. The Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing office procedures and will act as the first point of contact for the respective Supervisor.

Person Specification:
The successful candidate should ideally meet the following criteria:
- A recognized Bachelor’s degree in Management/Public Administration/Marketing/Information Systems or Economics
- Experience in minute writing
Candidates meeting the following requirements will have an added advantage:
- 2 years of similar work experience
- A valid full driver’s license
- Familiarity with working in a University environment with the ability to work effectively with colleges and administration
- Proficiency with outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint, zoom
Salary: Base salary of $17,922.00 plus 6% superannuation
