The CEO will lead a dedicated Secretariat, oversee the implementation of the new Strategic Plan, establish regional pooled funding mechanisms, and scale regional community impact while anchoring operations in Pacific indigenous values.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Drive the 2025-2030 Strategic Plan and successfully transition the organisation into a regional grant-making intermediary fund by Year 3.
- Secretariat Management: Oversee daily operations, provide staff mentorship, and champion a safe, trauma-informed, inclusive workspace culture.
- National Member Organization(NMO) Empowerment: Deepen technical, financial, and institutional capacity support for NMO across the Pacific region.
- Financial Stewardship: Lead resource mobilization strategies, cultivate major philanthropic partnerships, and ensure rigorous compliance and audit standards.
- Advocacy & Governance: Serve as principal global spokesperson; maintain strict compliance with the Fiji Companies Act 2015 and safeguarding protocols.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field, OR a Bachelor’s degree paired with 8-10 years of equivalent senior leadership experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in an executive or senior executive role directly managing staff, organizational change, and substantial multi-donor budgets.
- Proven expertise in managing donor-funded programming, financial forecasting, and operational resource mobilization.
- Familiarity with regional intermediary pooled grant funding and MEAL frameworks.
- Deep contextual alignment with Pacific cultural spaces and PIDSOGIESC+ human rights advocacy.
