· Provides assistance/feedback on customer complaints
· Receives cash payments and issues receipts
Requirements:
· Proven work experience in customer service position
· Ability to provide consistent high level customer service
· Team player – cooperate with employees & superiors
· Extensive experience using MS Office software
· Excellent communication skills
· Great attention to detail
· Have a good personality & warm attitude
