Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for an opportunity to be interviewed, applicants will need to at least meet the criteria below:

Form Seven Pass or equivalent (provide details)
3 – 4 years’ in a similar role
Tertiary Qualifications in specific fields related to the job you are applying for (provide details)
High level of spoken and written English language with excellent communication skills
Previous work experience in a fast paced Contact Centre Environment will be an advantage
Fast learner with capabilities of monitoring multiple dash boards and systems
Tech Savvy
What you need to do for a chance on an interview?
The role is full time with potential for overtime. We require demonstrated reliability and flexibility in working hours. Immediate start required.
