Graduate Engineers

We are inviting applications from indelible cyber-geeks, adrenalized and sharp-witted technocrats who will help facilitate business intelligence processes to improve Vodafone’s analytics platform. The person we seek shall possess the skills to design algorithms, efficient and accurate queries, and intelligent/analyti- cal skills. You will be responsible for maintaining, house-keeping & uptime of all ETL processes, automated processes and ensure data integration. In addition, you will ensure effective data pipelines from all data sources are managed and data integrity is continued. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to be part of a very invigorating, highly energized and a wittingly challenging work environment.

To be eligible you must:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computing Science/lnformation Technology/Soft ware Engineering/lnformation Systems or similar field
• Have SQL experience in query writing, debugging & formulation
• Have strong programming capabilities to effectively deduce data patterns
• Be technically responsible for cleaning of data sets via PL-SQL
• Be able to maintain ETL applications & development (i.e. coding data pipelines using Python®, PL-SQL)
• Be well versed with cloud technologies and have an interest in cloud-first mindset
• Have solid experience with Microsoft® Excel®
• Have excellent written and communication skills
• Have a solution focused attitude
• Be a team player with ability to work under strict deadlines and minimal supervision
• Possess a can-do attitude, be sharp and tactfully good at problem solving
• Software Engineering Experience would be an added advantage
