This is not a desk job. Our intensive two-year Graduate Trainee Programme offers hands-on exposure across the tourism sector, combining practical responsibility with structured professional development.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in specialised external industry training modules
- Take on real line responsibilities within Tourism Fiji
- Attend industry and stakeholder meetings

- Work alongside experienced professionals across multiple disciplines; and
- Receive mentorship from leaders within Fiji’s tourism industry
