The Person We Seek
To be considered for any of this positions, applicants must have:
– Postgraduate qualification in Business/Finance/Management/Marketing or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
– Extensive experience and management expertise; or
– An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training;
– Experience working in higher education;
– Experience conducting market research. Numerate with the ability to present and analyse data;
– Knowledge of finance and budgeting processes;
– Ability to manage complex and highly confidential information;
– Excellent social skills, able to operate with diplomacy, tact and empathy;
– A high degree of personal organisation and self-management;
– The ability to develop knowledge of, respect for and skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds is required.

Preference will be given to applicants with:
– Five years of experience working in higher education.
