JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join the marketing team to support the Assistant Marketing Manager with administration, organization, and reporting.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Data in spreadsheets and reports
- Keep records, reports, and inventory up to date
- Help maintain the budget plan
- Organize and schedule meetings and events
- Carry out clerical duties of preparing documents and keeping a filing system
- Act as the contact point between internal team members and clients to defiver on signage requests.
- Compiling reports and presentations
- Managing action plans and ensuring tasks are completed
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- MS office proficient preferably in Excel and PowerPoint
- Diploma/Certificate in Office Administration
- Excellent communication
- Good attention to detail
- An ability to recognise obstacles and seek solutions
- Be able to multi-task across projects daily
