JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join the marketing team to support the Assistant Marketing Manager with administration, organization, and reporting.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Data in spreadsheets and reports
  • Keep records, reports, and inventory up to date
  • Help maintain the budget plan
  • Organize and schedule meetings and events
  • Carry out clerical duties of preparing documents and keeping a filing system
  • Act as the contact point between internal team members and clients to defiver on signage requests.
  • Compiling reports and presentations
  •  Managing action plans and ensuring tasks are completed

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience
  • MS office proficient preferably in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Diploma/Certificate in Office Administration
  • Excellent communication
  • Good attention to detail
  • An ability to recognise obstacles and seek solutions
  • Be able to multi-task across projects daily
