This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the future of Pacific aviation while supporting a collaborative regional team committed to improving connectivity, safety, and sustainable development outcomes across the Pacific. Working closely with the Operations Lead and program team, the Office and Travel Manager will coordinate office operations, human resources, travel, logistics, and event management functions that enable effective program delivery. The role will support the mobilisation of staff and advisers across the region, manage operational systems and supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with DFAT and organisational requirements.

Requirements

  • Operations and Administration Experience: Minimum 7 years’ experience in office management, administration, human resources, travel coordination, logistics, or related operational roles, preferably within an international development or donor-funded program.
  • Relevant Qualifications: Qualifications in business administration, human resources, finance, management, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Travel and Event Management: Demonstrated experience coordinating complex travel, workshops, events, and personnel mobilisation across multiple locations.
  • Human Resources Management: Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, staff development, performance management, and compliance processes.
  • Procurement and Supplier Management: Experience managing suppliers, contracts, procurement processes, and operational service delivery.
  • Communication and Coordination: Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

FJ$110k to FJ$130k per annum including local benefits
