Key Responsibilities
- Leading, managing and supporting the Service and Installation Team;
- Planning and allocating daily work schedules and resources;
- Overseeing commercial and domestics gas installations;
- Managing CAPEX and Autogas Projects, including new site installations;
- Maintain accurate records including productivity sheets, invoices, cash balancing and data entry;
- Monitor productivity, budgets and control expenses;
- Compiling and submitting monthly reports to the National Service and Installation Manager;
- Providing quotations and costings for projects and installations;
- Ensuring quality, efficiency and effectiveness of installation and projects
Requirements
- A Trade certificate /Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or related field with a minimum of 3 years experience in similar field;
- Knowledge of LPG systems, safety standards and installation practices is highly desirable;
- Ability to manage teams and complex technical projects;
- Strong planning, reporting and organizational skills;
- A valid Group 2 License is a must;
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills;
- Comfortable working flexible hours to meet customer needs.
