SERVICE & INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR – Fiji Gas Pte Ltd

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Service & Installation Supervisor (S&I) to lead and coordinate service, installation, and project works. This role is responsible for overseeing commercial and domestic gas installations, maintenance and CAPEX projects, while developing and supporting a high-performing technical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading, managing and supporting the Service and Installation Team;
  • Planning and allocating daily work schedules and resources;
  • Overseeing commercial and domestics gas installations;
  • Managing CAPEX and Autogas Projects, including new site installations;
  • Maintain accurate records including productivity sheets, invoices, cash balancing and data entry;
  • Monitor productivity, budgets and control expenses;
  • Compiling and submitting monthly reports to the National Service and Installation Manager;
  • Providing quotations and costings for projects and installations;
  • Ensuring quality, efficiency and effectiveness of installation and projects

Requirements

  • A Trade certificate /Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or related field with a minimum of 3 years experience in similar field;
  • Knowledge of LPG systems, safety standards and installation practices is highly desirable;
  • Ability to manage teams and complex technical projects;
  • Strong planning, reporting and organizational skills;
  • A valid Group 2 License is a must;
  • Customer focused with excellent communication skills;
  • Comfortable working flexible hours to meet customer needs.
