Key Responsibilities
- Online quality checks on the production line
- Ensuring product/customer requirements are met
- Following product specifications
- Supervising employees
- Maintaining GHP & GMP standards
- Monitoring Halal compliance
- Overseeing cleaning processes & SOP adherence
- Handling QC documentation
- Monitoring CCPs & corrective actions
- Suggesting process improvements
Key Competency Requirements
- Qualification in Industrial Laboratory Technology or Food Technology
- Basic knowledge of HACCP & GHP/GMP (preferred)
- One year of experience (not mandatory; full training provided)
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
