JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
We are looking for innovative and dynamic candidates to join our growing team as Finance Officer to be based at our head office at 81 Amy Street, Toorak, Suva
Position Responsibilities:
GL reconciliation
Bank Reconciliation
Prepare monthly Vat
Maintain FAR
Local and overseas supplier payments & reconciliation
Attend to vendor queries
Assist with month-end reporting
Reconciling accounts with general ledger
Other day-to-day clerical duties.
Knowledge / Skills & Qualification:
A Diploma in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of financial policies, procedures and systems.
Have an analytical mind.
Excellent communicator and time management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office; especially in Excel.
