The development of leaders is fundamental to a nation’s well-being and to the creation of a society that is economically, socially and politically successful. For Leaders to be truly successful, they need to have an inclusive approach with an understanding of Fiji as a nation and how it works.

Leadership Fiji is an independent, non-partisan, non-aligned entity aimed specifically at assisting established and emerging leaders to cope with demands of the ever-changing world so that Fiji reaches its full potential in the widest sense.

Join Leadership Fiji’s signature programme and have the opportunity to talk to a wide cross-section of leaders to hear their opinions, concerns and learn from their experiences.

Leadership Fiji allows participants to meet, exchange ideas and work together at regular intervals through an action packed year.

Candidates are drawn from a vast range of backgrounds from business and commercial sector, public sector, civil society groups and other professions. Selection is on merit and must have the support of your organisation and manager (where applicable). Numbers are limited.

If you have:

• demonstrated leadership in your organisation with at least 5 years experience.

• genuine interest in community affairs and willing to commit to community work during and after the program.

• be willing to accept the time commitment of attending sessions every fortnight for the duration of the program (from March to November).
