The Lecturer in Accounting is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences in accounting and related business disciplines. The successful candidate will contribute to curriculum development, student mentoring, assessment, research, and community engagement while promoting academic excellence and integrating Christian values within the learning environment. The Lecturer will support the University’s mission by preparing graduates who are competent, ethical, and equipped for professional service throughout Fiji and the Pacific region.

Requirements
- Must be a practicing baptized member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church with a commitment to its mission, values, and lifestyle.
- Possess at least a Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a closely related discipline (doctoral qualification preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to teach accounting and business-related courses effectively in a tertiary education environment.
- Knowledge of contemporary accounting standards, financial reporting, taxation, auditing, and related professional practices.
- Experience in curriculum development, assessment design, and student mentoring.
- Demonstrated commitment to scholarship, research, and professional development.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills, including the use of learning management systems and educational technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team environment.
- Commitment to integrating faith and learning in accordance with the Seventh-day Adventist Philosophy of Education.
