TEAM LEADER MARKETING

Prouds Stores are located throughout Fiji representing the best international and local brands. Prouds is recognized as the leaders in retailing standards in Fiji and comprises of highly motivated and accomplished team members who all are valued, measured and developed on a continuous basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and motivate the marketing team to deliver high impact campaigns

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement

• Execute successful product launches, live broadcasts and promotional campaigns

• Plan and manage end to end marketing campaigns to increase customer traffic both in-store and online

• Keep a tab on SEO/SEM, SM and analytics to strengthen Prouds digital footprint

• Work closely with retail team with sales and procurement to maintain brand consistency and strategic alignment

• Manage the marketing budget effectively and cost efficiency across all activities

• Create and manage integrated media plans across digital, TV, radio and print platforms.

Attributes

• Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing/advertising, preferably in retail

• Strong leadership and people management skills with good communication skills

• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Self-motivated, passionate, and results driven with the ability to lead by example

• Proficient in digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools

• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
