Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various departments to identify and assess procurement needs.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers for quality, price, and delivery timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely approvals and dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  • Process and verify purchase orders and invoices to ensure accurate and timely payment in accordance with company procurement procedures.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure reliable supply, favourable terms, and ongoing collaboration.

Requirements

  • Qualification in Accounts and Procurement.
  • 2 -3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems
  • Knowledge of Business Central software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to handle work pressure and be flexible with working hours.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
