TRAINEE MANAGERS – Vision Investments Limited

We are looking for motivated and ambitious Trainee Managers to join our retail team and develop into a future retail leader. The Trainee Manager will work closely with the Retail Manager and Assistant Retail Manager, gaining hands-on experience in branch operations, team leadership, customer service, sales growth, inventory management, and business administration. This role offers a structured development pathway for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a successful career in retail management

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of the retail branch.
  • Assist in maintaining store standards, merchandising, and operational readiness.
  • Monitor shop floor activities and support promotional campaigns and branch initiatives.
  • Participate in opening and closing procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coach and support team members on product knowledge and customer service.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and professional workplace behaviour.
  • Support achievement of branch sales and productivity targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and customer engagement.
  • Help minimize stock loss, damages, and inventory discrepancies.
  • Support workplace health and safety initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of retail, customer service, or related experience
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and develop leadership capabilities.
  • Valid Group 2 Driver’s Licence will be an added advantage.
