The Administrative Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s daily operational and administrative activities. This position serves as a key liaison and support function within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain records, documentation and file management systems.
Process and monitor financial transactions including invoices, receipts, and reimbursements.
Manage petty cash and expense reporting.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions as required.
Maintain inventory tracking and asset management systems.
Provide general administrative support to the management team.
