TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pre Ltd. a 100% subsidiary of TotalEnergics Marketing & Services, is looking for a competent and committed individual to join ow Commuctcial Team.

SALES EXECUTIVE – NORTHERN REGION

The role reports to our VP of Commercial and is based at our Depot in Labasa. Our sales teams ate responsible for growing our product and service sales.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities will include:

Implement and deliver annual BU for the territory in terms of volume, GMVC and Customer Capex project.
Proactive and efficiently manage the Consumer and Bulk business portfolios for the Northern division.
In conjunction with the Engineering department, ensure all equipment installations a customer siles meet TotalEnergies HSFQ standards and requirements Day-to-day management af territory activities, ensuring all customer queries or complaints are quickly and efficiently resolved.
Plan and manage all customer visits and activities through the SALSA customer management platform. Meet and the visit target set for the territory. Prepare a Monthly actively report
Work closely with N + 1 in monitoring monthly volume and profitability against plan & prior period results and prepare an analyses report on treads and variances.
Implement and monitor territory activities within the given budget
Proactively manage customer fuel supply contracts and ensure timely rollover and renewal of all contracts.
Conduct and present for management approval detailed profitability analyses for change in contract terms for existing customers for new business opportunities and acquisition
Manage and maintain a systematic customer filing system — ensuring all correspondence. contracts and key documents are filed properly and securely.
Monitor and report competitors’ activity on regular basis.
Manage credit and assist in credit collection at month end
Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of TotalEnergies’ commitment and value proposition to end customers.
Manage and facilitate communication with customers with regard to price, delivery timetable, product outage. promotion. change 1 product specification. introduction of new products, ete
In conjunction with the Engineering team manage equipment maintenance al customer stiles.
Implement marketing activities and assist in organizing customer functions planned for the territory

Key Attributes

Tertiary qualification major in Marketing of Commerce with at least 3 years accounts management experience.
MS Office – word, excel and PowerPoint
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Team player and ability 10 work with minimal supervision
